Service Drive Greeter

Position Purpose Statement:

The Service Drive Greeter is the first point of contract for our service customers. This role sets the tone for the entire service experience.

Department: Service       Reports to: Service Manager       Location: Marlton

Pay rate: $13.00/hr        Position type: Full-Time 

Essential Functions:

  • Meeting and greeting customers/checking in with iPad
  • Reviewing vehicle and customer information for accuracy
  • Parking cars 
  • Installing and removing protective seat, steering wheel and gear shift covers, floor mats
  • Complete all training as directed by management
  • Follow policies and procedures as set forth in Personal Policy Manual and other corporate policies 
  • Performs other related activities as assigned

Qualifications and Educational Requirements:

  • Customer service skills
  • High School diploma or equivalent required 
  • Friendly disposition 
  • Must have a valid driver's license
  • Flexible schedule - Saturdays specifically
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills 
  • Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information
  • Ability to use various computer programs, including Office, Apple Apps and automotive specific platforms 

Physical Demands and Working Conditions

  • Frequently works on an iPad or doing other "close vision" work
  • Occasionally requires the ability to lift 40 pounds of material
  • Is potentially exposed to battery acid, gasoline, chemical cleaning materials or other toxic materials commonly found in a motor vehicle dealership
  • Occasionally, exposed to loud noise, exhaust fumes or other airborne particles
  • Ability to hear, see, sit, stand, and bend would be required
